Cataleesi Cleaning Inc. provides residential and commercial cleaning services to customers in Calgary and surrounding areas. Our services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services as detailed on our website. We aim to deliver our services with the highest standards, and specific service details will be confirmed upon booking.
All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
Appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes.
Any changes or cancellations to scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Payments for services are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods include cash, credit cards, or online payment systems.
For ongoing cleaning contracts, invoices will be issued on a monthly basis and must be paid within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payments are not received on time.
Customers are responsible for providing access to the premises and ensuring the area is safe for our staff to work in. Any hazardous conditions should be communicated in advance.
If access is not provided at the time of the appointment, resulting in our inability to perform the service, a fee of 50% of the service charge may be applied.
We are not responsible for valuables left in the area to be cleaned. We recommend securing all valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service.
While we take great care in providing our cleaning services, Cataleesi Cleaning Inc. is not liable for any accidental damage to property, unless it results from gross negligence by our team.
In the event of any damages caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and address any concerns promptly.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address the issue, including a re-cleaning of the area if necessary.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific cleaning areas as discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cataleesi Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any part of our services or pricing without prior notice. However, changes will not affect any ongoing contracts or services already scheduled.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store personal information for the purpose of delivering our services. Any information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
Cataleesi Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, including instances of abuse, non-payment, or failure to provide a safe working environment.
Customers may terminate ongoing services at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Calgary, Alberta.
